Our compliance department is a team of experts across all areas of beverage alcohol compliance. As our company grows, so does our clients need to find innovative solutions in order to remain successful. We are looking for an addition to the team to execute day-to-day compliance activities and partner with our clients to assist them efficiently accessing the US alcohol market.
Major Duties/Responsibilities: Execute key compliance requirements in each country and market we serve, with a focus on delivering a high level of client service throughout each process Identify creative solutions for clients bringing new-to-world products to market in the United States Provide regulatory compliance guidance to clients with unique products and/or market strategy Assist in trade practice advisory services through market research and thought leadership for clients across beverage categories and markets Help to execute strategic initiatives to achieve department and company goals
Critical Competencies and Experience: Able to work collaboratively across a variety of teams to deliver white glove customer service Ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Attention to detail, strong problem solving and organizational skills A passion for taking the initiative and follow-through to get things done Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint required; Microsoft Access a plus Familiarity with alcoholic beverage compliance and compliance software programs a plus
Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree
